WHO WE ARE

A Knight of the Order of the Dragon is a man who has taken a Holy obligation to uphold the code of Chivalry, and the principles and values of the Order. He is a man who betters himself, his community and his country, having solemnly vowed before God and the Order to help his brothers do the same. A Knight of the Order of the Dragon of his own volition and purity of heart, has cast aside personal ambitions, politics, wishes and desires to forge a better future for generations in perpetuity.

CODE OF CHIVALRY

The code of Chivalry is a combination of a warriors ethos, piety, and courtly manners that are the pillars of a moral and social system upheld by Knights since the Middle Ages.

CAN WOMEN JOIN?

Yes, women are more than welcome to join the Order. The original order was co-founded by Barbara of Celje, Holy Roman Empress in 1408 and was the only female member. To honour her, we gladly welcome women into the Order.

FAITH & THE ORDER

The Order is lead by Christian men and women. If you lead a secular life and wish to be a a Knight of the Order, you would have to be Baptised and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior upon acceptance into the Order.

You will create profound, fulfilling, and illuminating relationships with your Brothers and Sisters and commit to serve in Chivalry, those around you and, endeavor to seek truth and enlightenment in all things.
